affect the amount needed will be the applicants credit score, income, debt
amount & housing history.
When you purchase a home from, FRIENDSHIP HOMES, we anchor and
level the home according to the state codes, connect all utilities (water, sewer
and electrical) and add skirting to the perimeter of your new home. We also
build a front and back porch as a standard feature.
Your monthly payment will ultimately depend on the home you choose, your
loan terms (amount financed, interest rate and amount of time) and monthly lot
payment.
From the time of your first visit, all the way up to when you can begin to
move your belongings in, it can take anywhere between 5 weeks – 16 weeks.

You will need the following documentation:
- ID (Must be a current picture ID, such as a passport or DL)
- Social Security or ITIN
- Last 2 years of Taxes (1040’s, w2’s, 1099’s) /If applicable
- Last 3 months of pay stubs /If applicable
