Here at FRIENDSHIP HOMES, We believe that buying a home should be a transparent, pleasant process. In line with our overall goal, we have prepared an
overall schedule of the steps you can expect when purchasing your new home.

1st. Explore home options.

We offer both in stock and online options. We have options for all budgets, offering different sizes and models. Here are some of the factories we have the pleasure of working with:

2nd. Choose the home.

Choose the home that checks all the important boxes for you and your family. Make sure to consider the following:

A. Space the home gives you
B. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms
C. Layout of the home
D. Colors of the home

(STEPS 1-2 SHOULD NORMALLY TAKE 1-2 VISITS/DAYS)

3rd. Find the financing that best fits your needs.

(IF FINANCING IS NOT NEEDED, SKIP TO STEP#8)

Some things to consider are the following

A. The down payment amount
B. The interest
C. Loan term amount
D. Monthly payments

4th. Fill out your application.

Some items needed to fill out the application will be:

A. ID (Must be a current picture ID such as Passport, or Driver’s License.)
B. Social security or ITIN
C. Last 2 years of taxes (1040’S, W2,S 1099’S)
D. Last 3 months of paystubs (If applicable)
E. Last 3 months of bank statements (If applicable)
(Application takes 30-45 minutes to fill out.)

5th. Application is sent to lenders.

We will send your application to the lenders that are most likely to approve you for
a loan with the best possible terms on your loan. We work with:

A. 21st mortgage
B. Tammac lending
C. Triad financing institute
D. First national bank

(Takes lenders anywhere between 1-4 business days for a decision to be given)

6th. Pre-approved applications.

With a pre-approved application, we will collect the down payment along with
any other documents that the lender may request.
(This may take between 1-4 weeks. It will ultimately depend on how soon you can
bring the documents to us.)

7th. Down Payment.

Once all conditions have been met, the down payment is received and all

documentation cleared, we request the contracts from the lender.

8th. Contracts.

Upon having all contracts in hand & all funds needed have been received, we can

schedule you for closing.

9th. Closing.

Once we close on the contracts, we schedule your home to be completed with all the agreed upon options, property, and services. Such options can include:

A. Patio size
B. Landscaping package
C. Shed
